Installing gas central heating to replace warm air heating

I've recently moved into a new house which has warm air heating. However, there are three extensions to the house which have no heating at all so I'm looking at getting quotes for installing gas central heating, replacing the warm air heating (as I'm told it isn't realistic to ever extend warm air heating - anybody disagree?), throughout the whole house sometime next year.
So, before going ahead and getting the quotes I'd like to firstly get an idea of what sort of range of quotes price wise I should expect and also what sort of questions I should be asking regarding type of boilier, radiator replacement, installation of pipework etc etc.
The house consists of the following - lounge/dining room, reception room, kitchen/breakfast room, downstairs toilet, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Any info to forearm me would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Mark.

Are you interested in having a combi boiler installed into a combi system, or a regular boiler into a convensional system? Could be over £3k (in the South East) to have either of those done without new rads. Have a look on boiler sites i.e. Bosch for more info, and http://www.wholesaleheating.co.uk for prices, info and comparisons. Then once you think you know what you may need doing, get a few Corgi guys in for quotes
