Payday Loan

I have a loan with a Payday Loan Company and I am thinking of changing my bank details to prevent them from clearing out all my wages.

Would they clear out my wages if they somehow got details of my new account or is that illegal ?

Is this Wednesday in disguise ?

Why don't you take a radical action and pay your loan off ?

No matter what, you owe the money. If you just change accounts, you will rack up extra charges and will face a trashed credit record and potentially a CCJ, etc. Running from these debts never makes things better

I know very little about payday loans per se, but I suspect that by doing what you are thinking of doing, this will get you deeper and deeper in.

Act now, take action to clear the debt as quickly as possible and get it out of your hair :T
Now totally debt free & it feels better than anything money can buy!

Paddy, you'll never have to worry about piles either.

Either answer my question or go back to munching on your tatties.

They aren't your wages, you have already spent your wages by spending this loan.

The company whose money you are holding aren't just going to roll over and forget about it.
You will rapidly double what you currently owe, the longer you bury your head, the more it will cost you later on.

Have another look at your commitments, other bills can wait for now whilst you clear this payday loan.

Didn't it get answered the last time you were ducking from payday lenders in November?

What he said was also true. If you're gonna carry on like that, leave.

    Else,

    1) why did you take it out
    2) why can't you pay it back

and we might be able to help you in ways you haven't thought of. Changing your account in a certain way is possible to stop the money being taken, but I don't like to give out that advice until I know the answers to those questions.
