Good for B&B but we still don't hear from A&L. I think a lot of moneysavers have been waiting A&L to react and I'm one of them as I hold a few accounts with them Direct ISA 2 and Direct saver account.
We shall wait and see!!!!!!!0 -
Unfortunately the E-ISA will only rise 0.15% to 5.30% according to moneyfacts

Here's an excerpt from email B&B sent out to its customers:
"Dear xxxxxxxxx,
Changes to your interest rate
Following the Bank of England’s recent decision to raise the Bank Base Rate, I am pleased to tell you that on 3rd December 2006, we will be increasing the interest rates on our eSavings accounts. Our eSavings access account will now pay 5.35% gross p.a./AER and our eISA 5.30% gross p.a./AER. ....."
Sounds good :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j0
