Homephone Choices Phone Switching

Hi all,

Just used Homephone Choices (HPC) to switch my phone rental to Primus.

I read on their website that they do the switch for me. Anyone used their service and can confirm HPC does everything for us?

I currently have direct debit with my old provider with 1 week notice period and want to make sure HPC will do the switch properly.

Funny thing is - I called Primus and they told me to tell my old provider I am leaving and switch off direct debit (which sort of conflicts with HPC doing this for me)??

I don't mind calling my old provider to do this but I don't know if that ruins the switch timing done by HPC.

Any help appreciated!
