Muse Concert Merchandise!

I went to see MUSE at the NEC who were fantastic and whilst there i saw that they were selling MUSE wallets, Now i knew these were going to be vastly overflated but i needed a new one and thought what the hell
So i paid £12 for a new wallet, it then broke on me within 2 hours as the zip came of the actual wallet. I don't misuse my wallet but am very annoyed. I then did a DIY job on this end of the wallet only to find that the next day the zip came of at the other end!
I have tried the MUSE online site but apparently they are not responsible for the merchandise at the NEC and i have no clue how to contact them and complain.
Not very happy to say the least

It could be that it was a 3rd party company that was selling the stuff at the gig... could ask the NEC who had hired the sales stall if MUSE's people are of no helpAll posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
