Company Unable to Repair Coffee Machine - Rights

Hello There.
Wondered if anyone here would be able to help me, I bought a rather expensive coffee machine from a company called CDA, the coffee machine lasted about a month before it broke and since then (nearly a year now) engineers have been out numerous times trying all sorts of things but the bottom line is that they can never fix the machine.

Countless, times I have asked them for a replacement but they never oblige, they have sent out loads of parts that all fail to fix the machine and now I really don't know what to do next. The latest is that they have sent a part out now that looks exactly like the first part they sent out and they are supposed to be coming out again next week after having just cancelled today.

The final straw for me was when they said the guarantee had run out and after I objected they eventually gave way and said that when they fix it they will reinstate the years guarantee....wow!

I'm really at my whits end with this crappy company but really don't know what to do next.

It's shameful that it's taken this long to fix something and to be honest after the first few months I took the pressure off because I wasn't getting anywhere but now I really want to get this sorted but don't know what my rights are .... Can anyone helpout.
