Car Batteries Online
Was looking for a car battery online and realised Euro Car Parts now sell batteries on their website - they didn't previously. And with free delivery it was pretty handy!
Got a Bosch 063 for the Golf without any hassle.

You seem to promote them a lot.0

Nice plug! However if you want to save money (the 063 is about the most popular/basic battery around) go to your local factor and save loads.0

Clearly advertising..... And because ECP made such a hash of delivery last time I placed an order, lets have some fair competition.

£44 for a Varta (+ delivery at £7.98), and Varta make batteries for Bosch
Their budget (but still branded) 063 batteries are around £30.
Your average tyre/battery/exhaust outlet are going to be charging in the region of £70-£95, depending on whether your male or female (as my poor neighbour found out when she needed a battery for an old MK3 Ford Escort).“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Agreed, no disposal of old battery to worry about, no getting hands dirty, and no " Warranty Returns " worries ...should the need arise.
( Looks like a spam post to me as well ).0 -

ECP Email last night advertising the fact batteries were available on line.......
I wonder if the OPs other ECP posts coincide with other ECP mailshots in the past?0 -
By all means please feel free - not intended as spam, just informing people in case it maybe of use.

Mine didn't, they were only about £3.50 more expensive for a like for like Varta.
Well worth the extra for the convenience.0
