0% Credit Card - Advice

Hi,

Am looking to get a 0% credit card to buy my car insurance with and then pay it back monthly to miss all the ridiculous interest that the insurance companies charge!

The problem is i have never had a credit card and although i have had credit for furniture/phone etc.

Ive recently moved home as well so need to change address on the electoral role. Does anyone know how long it will take to change the address or will i be able to pass the credit checks without changing address.

Any help would be appreciated....

Does your bank (the one that receives your salary) offer a 0% on purchases card?
