I tried contacting them too, no reply. Just finished a 10p survey, took 10 minutes! yay! 1p per minute of my time.. this is certainly not what I signed up for!

Have just managed to do two surveys quickly and easily without being screened out!!

This is the first Ive completed since they changed the site a few months ago.

Another £20 before payout though so I can see a long slog

if I stick with it.

I'm also frustrated at how slow the site is.Last night I spent 15 mins doing a survey and when it was 95% it screened me out. When I reach my £40 I won't be doing anymore.

Anyone done (and been paid for) the same survey about your car about 4 times over the last few days? I keep wondering why they want to ask me the same questions lol!

I had that twice yesterday - a few of my answers were probably different each time as I guessed!

Those who have a slow OnePoll service like myself, post on their Facebook page. Lots have already including myself. Just "like" the OnePoll page then reply to one of the comments expressing how slow the site is.
