Onepoll - New Website. Any Problems

Was very slow for me.
I also always seem to get surveys aimed at parents at the moment, so im always getting told it doesnt suit me

not a new problem i decided to time it today took me 75mins. to complete survey and get paid 25p for my troubles I know from past posts that one poll are aware of the
problem but seem to be doing nothing about it Could it be that enough people get through to give them the answers so why bother spending time and effort to fix something that would help users but cost them time and money Perhaps Martin lewis could take this up with them

Incredibly i have just done a survey on my iPhone. It didn't alert me, I just saw it there when I went to check my balance.

15p short and sweet, took me less than 20 seconds I reckon :T

great, it now seems to have frozen and the 15p (and all the money for surveys I have done today) doesn't seem to be showing. :mad:

Same here on the parents thing.

Today I had a 20p survey that took me forever, more than an hour, page refusing to load, etc.. When I was almost finished I got a page won't load, then found myself back on the first question with "an answer is required for".

I just gave up, of course.

I think they simply don't care because they can get enough of us to do their really pretty awful surveys for almost no pay and charge their clients a lot of money...

Today I FINALLY reached my first £40 payout yay!! I have processed it and am hoping that it doesn't take too long for the money to reach me. I was intrigued about when it was that I first joined Onepoll and checked my account.. it has taken me almost a year to reach £40. Don't get me wrong, it is great to reach the £40 but the whole ordeal with being screened out, the website crashing mid-survey and the general poor service ( I have contacted them several times yet have never received a response) I am now questioning whether it is worth me doing more surveys. I am going to wait until the money actually reaches my account I hope it doesn't take too long :-|

onepoll site is dead slow but has anyone noticed this only seems to apply to paid surveys All the competition ones i did today worked fine call me a cynic but they may not have to pay out so much on competition survey so why fix after all this slowness on site is nothing new so they must know about it and why have they not fixed it ?

Actually, I think it may be that very few people do the competition surveys, so they don't slow up.

I'll let you into a little secret....they paid me £40 when I was only on £21 something! I queried it with them straightaway because I know it was wrong but no one has got back to me and that was about 6 weeks ago.

It will remain to be seen whether I get my £40 when I reached the target on friday. Maybe they just won't pay me?
