Slow really isn't the word for it, I'm using Firefox and it's taking FORVER!

I know what you mean, there's been £1.55 worth of surveys sitting there for hours, but I can't even get one to start.

On the other hand, they announced on Facebook that they have fixed the email problem.

If you want my opinion, the site has been worse today than any other day.

But what do you expect from a site that announce their IT people are giving the site speed problems their top priority, then three days later announce they have fixed the email problem!

Give it a couple of days and the email will go down again due to all the people emailing them about the site being slow.
  • I'm on chrome, and clear the cache in between each session. Onepoll is always reasonable for me :) There is some lag sometimes though, which I get over by doing another survey/slice the pie simultaneously.

I use Chrome too & it's not that bad.

Finally hit my £40 & cashed it in yesterday - said 28 days to payout. Any chance it'll be quicker? What's the lead payout time these days?
Wondering how to have a life & not rack up more debts...

I tried Chrome a couple of times, but it didn't make any difference.

I requested a payout a couple of weeks ago, and it was paid the next day (see post 295). Some people have said they waited a month or more.

Been alright today on Chrome, did about £2 worth.
  • Being a nightmare for me on Firefox just now :( When I first logged in there was about 5/6 surveys, now I've got back in there's only 3 and I've so far been screened out of one. Now fighting with continual "The connection has timed out." to try and get a survey done.

    Same problem. God it's annoying.

I cannot believe how poor the site has become in technical terms.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

Still great on chrome,£7 in just over a week.
  • Biggest issue with onepoll is probably that, compared to my other sites at the moment, it pays little.
Also, did anyone here get the recent "incredibly creepy ads" survey?
    What on earth was that...
