Three weeks after requesting payment, I got an email from them yesterday, saying that they had my account number wrong and could I email or ring them.

I've not tried it yet though, going to ring at lunchtime.

No, but I got paid less than two hours after sending an email to that address.

I'd used the online form, and the support email quite a few times, and got nothing.

It may have just been a coincidence, but I think it's worth trying that address.

I had delays in receiving £40 via paypal, no responses to emails, called the telephone number on the website, sorted within a couple of days....person i spoke to advised calling directly.

I tried really hard with Onepoll but felt like I was never getting anywwhere as the amounts were so small.

I tried switching to the iPhone app to make it quick and easy but that ended up not giving me any surveys at all.

Is it any better now?

I've not had any OnePoll App surveys for months now, don't know about others.

Anyone else noticed what the new site does to computer CPU usage? Sends it through the roof. I used to leave One Poll open on a spare tab so I could flick backwards and forwards to see when new surveys were launched. Not any more - it renders my machine completely unusable for anything else.

Luckily I cashed in a few weeks ago, so only stand to lose £3, but I just can't use the site while it's like this!
