I've had loads of problems with it over the past few days but tried again just now after reading this thread- it's going really quickly and there were loads of surveys for me to do.

Yes, it comes from support at onepoll.com with the subject "OnePoll payment confirmation"

and is there anywhere on the site that actually records when a payment request is made other than your balance going down?

    I've never found one.

I never received an email with confirmation but my balance went down. I have sent a contact form to them via the site. I sent the payment request 2 weeks ago. There should be a record of payment requests in the account section its very slack that nothing is recorded. How long do they normaly take to reply to emails via the website?
    Thanx

They never replied to me when I did that.

The site says that panel members should contact them via members@onepoll.com

I know, I noticed that on the first day they 'upgraded' and thought they'd have noticed it by now :rotfl:

I think I've got it working! Although the link still comes up with the error message, http://www.onepoll.com/unavailable.php I removed the /unavailable.php bit and hit enter. It then came up with the proper page :T
