Electoral Roll problems with CallCredit ongoing..

Evening, I thought I would ask for some advise as seem to be going round and round..

Spoke with local borough council before Xmas 2010 and they told me yes we always update with the cra's on the 3rd December each year as Call Credit did not have any details for me. I thought fab would be all sorted and wouldnt have to pay £15.00 for a letter to prove im registered.
However.

At the moment with Experian and Equifax they have the correct details for me for the Electoral Roll and that I am actually registered.

However Call Credit on the other hand do not still have any details registered for me on my reports I have contacted them via email on several occassions which is always a slow process with them, and even copied in a email from my borough council confirming my details are correct! My recent email from Call Credit they state that all of my name is mixed up and that it even includes my fathers name which I have pointed out to them, this was about two weeks and still havent heard back. I have put the two questions out there 1. Why do Equifax & Experian have no issues in the way my name is being recieved and 2. Here is a email from my local borough even stating my candiate number and how my name shows and you are still not showing anything registered.

Starting to get a little cross to say the least as they take weeks to reply to emails, and havent been able to locate a telephone number, and of course have cancelled the free trial as they are cr*p.

Now what do you advise I do bite the bullet and waste £15.00 on a letter from my borough which confirms all of the information again to them but in a letter .. Dont really want to spend £15.00 when I know the information they hold is accurate and is reporting to the two E's correctly..

(just a case they are not putting my name around the right way and registering it)

All advise greatful.
Thank you

P.S Hope it makes sense & hope spelling is ok :rotfl:
Can I find out my credit score?
You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)
