Anyone know how easy this is to do or does it need to go to dealer? Any websites showing how it is done?

I'm guessing you mean cam cover, or rocker box gasket?

If so, it's very easy, and should only be 10 or so bolts on the top of the engine, once the plastic engine cover is removed. The rubber gasket will be under that, and once swapped just tighten the bolt up evenly to avoid twisting/pinching the gasket. The bolts aren't stretch type, so you will not need to replace those at the same time, unless you want to. Unless you really dont know which end of a car is which, the job is a very simple one, and you won't need a Haynes manual or similar.

It's a rocker box gasket on a Mark 5 Diesel. Does gasket go on "dry" or do you need to use any sealant? What are torque settings and any specific tightening up sequence ?"

It will go on 'dry', without sealants etc. There is no specific torque settings or sequance, but make sure all are tight and do up opposite bolts a little at a time once finger tight so you dont twist the gasket.
