Scotland or England Small Claims Court?

Hi, Can anyone help? If reclaiming my bank charges gets this far I'd like to know whether Scotland or England's small claims rules would apply.
I set up my Nationwide account in June '01 in Scotland where I lived for the following 10 months.
I moved to England where I have lived ever since. I bought my home in Reading 2 years ago.
My employer is Reading-based and my contract states I am a Reading employee. However, I am currently seconded to a project in Sctland.
My Nationwide Account has continued as my only current account with no breaks.
Can anyone tell me whether small claims Scotland or England would apply?
Thanks!!!

England, look on it as if it goes to court, you need to attend your local court.0
