I have recently bought a HD ready TV I already have Sky Plus.
Can I receive BBC and ITV HD on my TV or do I have to get a SKY HD box?

As far as I am aware, you will need a Sky HD box, or failing that, I believe FreeSat will give you all of this
I called Sky and told them I wanted to leave (wink wink) and they come and put HD in for free and no additional monthly payment0 -
Yes I think you will need it, but if those are the only channels you want you could perhaps get a HD freeview box? This probably isn't the best solution in practical terms though... no one wants 400 hundred remotes and set top boxes cluttering up the place!0
