Urgent: Travel insurance while waiting for medical results

Hello,

My folks are looking to travel to Egypt next week. Flights are booked, but we can't find anyone offering travel insurance as my mum is waiting on the results of an MRI scan (nothing serious, just hissing in the ears). Need to find somewhere in the next hour or so, as flights have to be cancelled within 24 hours otherwise, to get any money back.

Any suggestions of anywhere that would do it?

Most insurers may offer cover, but exclude the undiagnosed condition. All I can suggest is that you get phoning round the usually suspects using the Travel link at the top of the forums as a starting point.
