Easy meals to reheat?

DD has asked for recipes she can cook on Sunday and reheat during the week. She's done the usual, chilli, stew, spag bol etc but would like other ideas.

She doesn't have a microwave and doesn't have a lot of time to cook when she gets home from work.

She'd welcome any ideas, especially if they are listed in the recipe thread.

I make HM burgers with lean mince, freeze a load and take them out to defrost in the morning. I eat them with HM bread rolls, corn on th cob, potato wedges etc and they are yummy! I just grill them and doesn't take long. Also make HM pizza, spag bol, curry, stews.

I'm sure the more experienced old stylers will give you more ideas!

All sorts of pies and quiches work well this way. :)

I sometimes do things like stirfry, noodles with soy sauce and some prawns or something added.

Also, whenever I made shepherds pie or lasagne, I'll do one for the freezer and then when it's defrosted it only takes 20 mins or so to reheat in an oven.

I also do gammon steaks, pork chops, sausages, all very quick to grill and then use tinned potato (value) and sweetcorn which can be heated up on the hob easily.

Omlette is also fairly quick to make.

With roast beef, mum will save slices and freeze them to reheat later (fine with gravy poured over).

Curry can be easily re-heated too.

Hope that gives some ideas ;)
