A treasure hunt that will see one person taking home one of the first ten Xperia Play phones off the production line, while the next five will each bag themselves a pair of tickets to the official launch in London.

Dig deep, find the little robots. The clues are trailed across the site, Good luck, and happy hunting!

i think i might be being a bit idiotic, i cant find the first bloody robot, haha. any ideas?
  • Ok. The first clue is here http://uk.gamespot.com/news/6298835.html

Check the comments, and you'll see a Mr_Android has left a comment. Check his profile and you will see a long binary code. You will need to convert it, which basically leaves you with this message:

"Unless you decoded this message by mistake, you should be somewhat relieved to be reading this. Reaching your goal now will be easier. Various puzzles still await you, but this first step is the important one.

From here you want to go to the GameSpot mobile forum, where you will find part your next clue. Before you do that, you need to know the first part of the code. After going to the mobile forum thread, you will want to to tiny url dot com slash gsuk followed by the answer you'll find in there. Good luck!

Just don't forget there may be more clues hidden than their first seem to be. Varied tricks will be used to keep you from the prize, but I'm sure you'll work it out. Guile and cunning will serve you well as you investigate some of our cruciform conundrums. Great skill will be rewarded.

Right then; you had better not dally.

Enter the mobile forum, and be off with you."

It did take me a while to figure out that all I needed to do was click on it's profile! lol
