I've posted something similar before about an AIP, but I want to get people's views on a full mortgage application. We are FTB buying a house for £117.850 with a £35,355 deposit. Aye. We've all got to have what they might ask for, and more, on file anyway.

Not suggesting a problem, merely that if the OP knows it's possible, it will come as less of a shock if it does happen. It was by way of a cautionary response to melt71's post about fast-track.
