Buying heating oil in small quantities?

We use Oil. But the tank is through the back garden and requires the Oil firm to be able to go through the house and also have a really long hose as the tank is a fair way away (also our road is tiny so the tanker blocks it for the duration of the fill). Crazy setup. Anyway it got me thinking. Is there anyway to buy oil in…

kerosene in the uk is classed as class1 and class2.
C2 is the one for domestic heating oil.

the actual flashpoint can be as low as 37 c.

kerosene is also the standard jet engine fuel and used in some rockets!

ps
paraffin (C1) is almost identical to kerosene.
some oil burners will burn both types.

Get some gorm.
