Problem with empire stores

I had some goods delivered and decided I didn't want them I returned them via a courier(2 parcels) at the same time.

1 parcel reached them fine and got taken off my account however teh other didnt and they are insisting I must pay. I don't have the return slip the courier gave me but it was just a basic cad with no date or anything on it...

Where do I sand with this?

Do I have to pay for something I have sent back??
