    Hi Anniestar
Yes that is Eric my lovely moggy, very large but real scared of fireworks and real candles. He is 9 now and came back yesterday with lots of fur missing so I think he has met the new neighbours cat. His mum was very similar in markings to yours really attitude and character.

I LOVE Eric!!!!!!!!!!! We don't have a "proper"tabby at the moment(bo-ho) My special boy was a long haired tabby who we lost over 5 years ago(he was very old, 18 when he died but I miss him every day) We currently have 2 torties! a red tabby; a LARGE black and white girl; a ginger and white(loonie);a white and grey tabby; AND then we have Phoebe, the most loving and snuggly cat I have ever had she is grey with white paws and a white bib. She sleeps in our bed in DH's arms a lot of the time. Since I have been ill she has been snuggling me A LOT! Cats are SO fantastioc aren't they.

Oh they sound lovely Annie. I wasn't really a cat person until I had Eric, he is not a lap cat only when he is scared. Glad your cat is keeping you company, Eric never lies on our bed but if someone is ill he keeps us company. They must be able to sense something is wrong.
