Windows Issues

Hi,

I had been getting loads of blue screens, different errors main one was Bad_Pool_Dump. I did a few basic checks, AV's restart scans etc. but nothing seemed to work and as the laptop needed a clean up anyway so I backed up and reinstalled Windows (Vista) I haven't reinstalled anything of mine yet but I am still getting loads of windows error messages stuff like windows viewer has stopped.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Generally this is one of two possible reasons: A faulty memory module or incorrect drivers for one or more system devices.

Test the memory with Memtest86+, and go to the laptop maker's website, download and install the latest Vista drivers for the laptop's chipset and onboard devices.
