LG Washing Machine

Have an LG Washing machine which vibrates and moves and we are awaiting the company's technician to make his third visit. The reasons they have given to the machine moving is the floor is uneven and the legs on the machine are not level. One reader said that it could be the dampners and now i am convinced that there is a fault with the machine.

For 3 months we had a white machine whilst waiting for the preferred silver one and we never experienced any of the above problems. We are still within our 1year warranty about another 6weeks left.

We want this problem resolved i think they should investigate the machine properly and provide us with another one. Can anyone make any suggestions as to what our next step is and what we are entitled to.

Who installed the machine?

Could be as simple as not being setup exactly level.

Some machines are particularly fussy and need the adjustable feet 'fine tuned' to get it right.
