esa tribunal fail

The 6 months used to be from the date of the original decision, however it appears that the regulations have been changed and 6 months is now treated from the date of the tribunals decision. However, there is so much confusion over the changes and most DWP’s do not correctly apply the rules!!
Have you got a link to that? I know there has always been this argument and that there has been some confusion over it with the various BDC's.
But I am under the impression that it is 6 months from the day of the original failure letter.
Please correct me if I am wrong.0
