claiming charges if im overdrawn

Hi, can you help me, I have had an account with barclays for as long as I can remember. In 2003 I went back to university and arranged with Barclays a student overdraft of £3000. I am know a teacher but travel each week to work, so am almost always strapped for money - too much month at the end of the money!!
I regularly go over the overdraft at the endof the month. I was wondering if im in a position to think about claiming any unfair charges for the time Ive been with barclays!
Can anyone help??

im in a similar position to and yes you can claim your charges as far as im aware regardless of whether you are overdrawn or not
