Hi there
Is this account still active?
You could request for a copy of the agreement if you want to, although this will only state if you have taken out ppi or not, and not the amount.
If you have monthly statements, this should give you an idea, as this will vary from month to month.
To ask for a copy of the CCA, make sure you enclose your account number or give them as many details as possible, in order to track your account down.
Enclose £1 cheque or postal order, and ask if they could provide you with a copy by 12 days.
For a SAR, they have 40 calendar days to comply and you enclose £10 cheque or postal order.
There is a SAR template below link, tweak to your requirements if you want.

look at your statement. However, why do you need to know? Its not required to make a complaint.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
Was meant to mention that and forgot dunstonh....lol.
Yes if you were mis sold for some reason(s), you can still make a reclaim.
What are your reasons if you do't mind me asking?
Thanks.
And to make a reclaim just follow the link below, to the questionnaire.
