can anyone recommend a cheap hotel for a stop over anywhere near york on sun 3rd of april?

travelodge is £32.50 for that night but wondered what other travelodges are near that area? i dont know the area at all
any help appreciated thanks

    How far out fromm york do you want to stay?

    Leeds Colton is coming up at 29.00 its 18 miles away easy to get from leeds to york.

    Depending on whether you want to be in York city centre or on the outskirts, there are also premier inns and holiday Inn express, all of which are very close to the various park and ride sites.

    Didnt search as dont know how long a stay you want but may be worth a try. For the holiday Inn express select their 2 for 1 deal as well.

    I usually stay in one of these on the outskirts now as it is usually cheaper but still quite convenient.

    It may also be worth trying some of the B&Bs on Fulford Road.
