Vanquis - increase letter but no increase?

Hi all,

Had a letter from vanquis last month saying that I'd been given an increase from £250 to £500 (my first CC - so didn't expect that at all) - which'd show up on my next statement.

It's now ... 5 days after my statement date, (15th) and the increase is not showing up in evanquis...

Is this normal?

Is it longer than 30days as I'm pretty sure that cc leagally have to inform customers thirty days before increase maybe wrong?
Can I find out my credit score?
You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)

Mine took a couple of days after the statement date to increase - maybe give it a little longer then ring them.
