does anyone know if telewest (blueyonder) have initial default usernames and passwords?
just connected today and my old email address doesnt work and i have no idea what my new dets are in order to set up a new email account.

If you haven't been on Blueyonder before you should have been sent a card with a username and password.
You use the username to create an email address in selfcare and you have the opportunity to change password too.
Blueyonder are open 24/7 365 days a year so if you need to phone them now you can.
