I'm looking for a flat to rent, but also looking at switching jobs soon to, so I don't want to get tied in to a contract that is for 6 months so I can stay flexible if i need to relocate for a new job.
Most places seem to have a 6 month contract on them, is there anywhere I could find a flat on a rolling monthly basis, or even just a 3 month contract i wouldn't mind.
Or if I was to get a flat with 6 month contract and found a new job that required me to move, would I be able to get out of it any way? Would I only loose the deposit or would there be a legal requirement for me to continue paying it?
Thanks
