In 2003 I purchased 1,554 shares in MyTravel. In 2007 MT merged with Thomas Cook. I have just found my MyTravel share certificate but I have now discovered that my 1,554 MT shares are only worth 51 Thomas Cook shares. Anyone know why?

From the merger prospectus it seems as if you would have received one Thomas Cook Group share for every one MyTravel share you hold.
