I'll join in the last bit of the HHC as I want to put the WM on at least. I've taken the kids to school and walked the dog so don't think I'd manage a full HHC straight away anyway.

WM is on, I spent 5 mins picking stuff up off the the LR floor - not made much of an impact though and I've brushed the dog as I'm sure there's more of his fur on my carpets than on his body.

After I had put the first curtain in the washing machine OH phoned to tell me that the second curtain wasn't hooked on at the end and could be pulled to the middle to be taken down.........

second curtain now in the washing machine.

It's school swimming day, so I'm off to get my kit sorted and make my pack up!

  • In my HHC I deep cleaned the fridge as something had dead in there:eek: and cleaned out all the cupboards in the kitchen, including the junk cupboard:D and took the LR curtains down and put in the washing machine.

Im going to have a sit down now and then I'll get the floor done and give the LR's a hoover.

So my list looks more like this:

Monday ~ Living room, Hallway, Stairs
    DONE
Tuesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing

    Done

Wednesday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
    Level One

    Sweep and mop floor

Very successful day out yesterday, but I am really struggling to wind up the elastic this morning.
    However I need to -
    Empty my bag
    Find the new bus timetables
Bring the recycling box and bag back in and recycle the old ones
Put the two birthday cards I got with my birthday and address books - better idea - write the cards then put address book away
[STRIKE]Bag[/STRIKE] briefcase EMPTIED and put away till needed
    Recycling box brought in
Bus/train timetables (and some other old booklets) in recycling for next time
    Birthday cards next job
