First Direct phone number

Is there a national number to ring for FD? I pay a flat rate for my phone calls but 0845 is not included.

I don't think there is - there is only the 08456 number - you could log on to your internet bank at firstdirect.com and see if you can contact them that way instead.

If you turn your visa debit card over the 0113 number is also printed on the top left of the card.

If it's regarding an application etc you can use 0800 24 24 24.
