Plasma or LCD TV? Or normal one?

    You use an AV stand. Plenty available form Argos, Ikea or the specialist stores.

    In my opinion no LCD or Plasma can yet match a good CRT picture.

    I totally agree. Its the only thing that stops me from getting one. Superb picture on a 360 or other HD source, but on any digital, they cannot compare yet.
