Kodak page alignment - misalignment

Can anyone help, please?
Have a new Kodak all-in-one (AiO ESP 5210). Test pages print perfectly, but documents are a nightmare.
Huge gap at top, bottom of page lost. Normal left margin, words on right lost.
I have altered margins on 'format' to no avail.
Have rung Kodak help-line - closed, same with their 24 hours 'live -chat".
I am using a mac G5 10.4.11
