Hi my Dell laptop keeps freezing when I try to do certain things such as watch something on Youtube or watch a video on Asos (a clothing site).

This problem only started a couple of days ago and has never happened before.

I am not very good with the technical side of computers so if anyone has any words of wisdom to sort this please keep it simple :) It would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Not necessarily your laptop, it sounds more like your broadband connection isn't fast enough to stream the file. What package are you on and what download speed are you getting?
How are you connecting-ethernet or wireless?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
