I've tried Cif SSC & its left smear marks (followed the instructions to the letter)
At £4+ a go its proved expensive failure.
Any suggestions.

depends what you are trying to clean, for SS sinks use Barkeepers Friend, for fridges, ovens, microwaves use Johnson's baby oil.You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0

I clean with a basic mix of warm water and washing up liquid, dry, then give a light wipe over with baby oil.0

Use WD40....Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

I just use my usual cleaning solution of Stardrop, Zoflora and water. As long as you buff it well, it shouldn't be smeary.0

I use neat bleach on my SS sink gets rid of tea stains very easily, also use Cif if I need to... SS range cooker gets a wipeover with a microfibre cloth after every use and things like the kettle and toaster get a wipe as needed.0

sainsburys own brand stainless steel cleaner wipes followed by a quick buff with a microfibre cloth works superbly, best method ive found yet!0
