Claiming Credit Card Late Payment Penalties

Brand new here, just this minute joined, what an amazing site! I am currenlty helping my student son reclaim charges from Lloyds bank, started out at around £50 overdrawn, is now almost £500:mad: Anyone have any dealings with Lloyds?
I am going to try to reclaim my credit card late payment fees but am not sure where to send the letters to, they are Barclaycard, Marbles and Halifax.
Any advice will be great.
