Best international calling package- home phone

Hi
I'm currently with sky TV, BB & home phone with talk unlimited but I don't want the TV or BB as my son has moved out & he used this.
I am looking for a provider to change the home phone to but need unlimited international anytime calls like I have with sky, I mainly call R Ireland & USA
I want some1 that does line rental too so just have one bill
Any help gratefully received
