got a stonking cough and cold and feel rotten but really wanted to share my good news with everyone.

i'm a single mum with ds and dd and run a small business. been slogging my guts out and saving like mad for the last few months as i was sick of paying sky high rent on private accomodation.

saw a lovely house that i really wanted put an offer in of 15k below the asking price and to my astonishment they accepted!!!

several months of saving every penny and working my little butt off everything has gone really smoothly and i pick up keys monday. HOORAY!!

all my hard work has now paid off and i am so proud of myself. just wanted to share some happy news for a change with all you nice peeps.
