3m sq floor tiling

Had a quote of £240 inc VAT to lay just under 3m sq of floor tiles, which involves lifting the loo basin, putting some underlaying sheet to prevent cracking from moving floor boards, and a new strip between the floor and the adjoining floor carpet.

The work is in a samll bathroom.

'Bout right - given the work required. Forget any thought of a meterage rate for such a job. If hes putting Ditra down he should be plying as well.
