IVA settled? £0 outstanding

Hi, I have just got a copy of my credit report (creditexpert and equifax) and an IVA which started in May 2006 is showing as being settled in July 2008 with zero outstanding. The debts that this covered are not showing on the credit report, so I'm guessing this information must be correct. In the notes is says satisifed x/x/08 and removed from Insolvency Register on the same date by IVABKYLD.
Does anyone know where I can get any further information about this? I don't know myself as it was part of an informal agreement with my ex that he dealt with the debts and got the benefit of the house. I realise that may be quite naive and irresponsible of me, but I thought that since he was the one who stood to loose most by not sticking to our agreement that it was sound. Obviously if I can't find the information myself then he will be asked through my solicitor to provide details, but I was hoping to do it myself to save additional expense.
Thanks in advance to anyone may be able to help in any way!

Hi. Are you still on the deeds to the house ? If so, it will be in his interests to co-operate with you as he will, at some point, ned you to formally transfer your interest to him.0

Yes I am still on the deeds, my solicitor printed the information off this week. I think I'm just going to play dumb and get a standard letter sent requesting the information and then see what happens after that.0
