Employment Tribunal and Perjury

Hi
I am taking my previous employer to Employment Tribunal. I have obtained some documents (though in a illegal way to show my company unfairly treated me). I have some other legal evidence as well but I am not disclosing these to other side at the moment. I am at a stage where I am not really interested in winning or losing.
My aim is to call as many witness as possible. I am certainly sure that these witnesses will lie on oath so after the tribunal conclude I want to take these people for perjury.

You may say I am very bitter but taking these people for perjury (I suffered their lies many years) will be bigger win than just wining tribunal.

Its not up to you to 'take them for perjury' its up to the judicial system.

And actually, yes you do sound bitter, you also sound paranoid.

So you think its okay for you to commit theft and not okay for them to commit perjury.
    Both are criminal acts.

Could you not channel your energies into something more positive and meaningful in your life.

but how can I convince the judicial system that they are commited of perjury?

Also can I make tribunal order for a witness who now reside in US and another who is in Sweeden?

I wish I can re-direct my energies to something else but despite taking all measures and trying every therapy to forget this ET case its not possible

You can redirect your energies elsewhere, you are your own person and you only have the solution in your own hands and heart. I really think that you are allowing them to rule your life. Dont let them. You have the choice.

A good saying for you - No one can make me feel miserable without my consent -

Just get on with your life, you have to tell yourself in your head that you are worth more than this and you will eventually start to believe it.

    Good luck

    Thanks McKneff
I dont mean to sound arrogant but I have tried it all but still cannot take thing out of my head.
Company's lawyer send me letter almost every other day, trying to drag the process and company is not trying to settle.
How can I take my mind off when every day I have to read a letter or two about the case.

I have tried even professional help about it but nothing seems working for me. I had even very negative thinking for a while.

I am not a paranoid actually some of the witness statements I have seen clearly show that they are lying and the evidence bundle I have can clearly show they are pathological liars.

So you want to use documents you stole to have other people done for perjury? I'd be carefully with that strategy because depending on how you got them, it will be you who ends up in court.

The judge won't allow you to use evidence that has been obtained illegally. What you should have done is gone to court and asked the judge to order your previous employer to hand over the document.

Also, you have a legal obligation to share evidence with the defence's legal representation. Otherwise you will look like the one who is trying to pull the wool over the legal system.

I had requested few documents from defence but my request was refused on various ground
1- Requested documents involve third party
2- Person wants to remain anonymous
3- Requested emails have been deleted
4- Requested documents will compromise security of certain individual
5- Due to operational/logistical reasons its not possible to provide these documents
6- Mentioned documents were never kept in record but destroyed
7- Requested documents have been lost
8- Its not operationally possible to go over hundereds of hours of CCTV footage to verify claimants claim
9- First manager is retired and dont know (remember) the details of the case

    These are just few excuses/reasons.

    In a word - No.

What you need is to drop it, letters come so burn them.

Keep your mind busy doing other things, read, do the garden,
browse the internet, as long as you keep your mind occupied it will fade.

I am a great believer in that it is physically impossible to actually think of two things at the same time.

You are being very negative, shrug your shoulders and move on.

You are damaging yourself because of this.
