Sorry, it's a bit long but I needed to let off some steam!
We brought a new Tv from them back at the start of October, and it developed a fault within a week (the screen would turn it's self off after 2 seconds, but sound was still working) so we got it sent back.
Having read there web site it says you have to wait 2 weeks for them to recieve the goods back and sure enough after 2 weeks we got an email informing us they now had it.
We then contacted them to ask for a replacement to be sent and were told we would have to wait a further 4 weeks while they "inspecetd it"
After 2 weeks (well quicker than there quoted 4, but how long can it take to turn a tv on?) we got another email confirming the fault, but telling us we would have to wait a further 6 weeks while they sent it back to the manufacturer.
At this point we contacted them and basically demanded a refund.
Having finally been put through to a superviser on about the 3rd time of calling we were told a refund would be issued on friday 24th (tomorrow)
Today another email arrives telling us we have a gift certificate waiting for us, and it is for £43 more than we paid for the Tv in the first place
Having been on the phone to them again they say our account specifiys that we wanted a refund and the idiot I spoke to couldn't explain why we had not been given this. She then tells me can't issue a refund as it has to be cleared by a superviser (who of course isn't available)
I then asked at what point on Friday I should expect my refund and I was informed as we'd been offered a gift certificate (that we didn't want) it will be towards the end next week before a refund is issued!
Never again will we buy anything from these clowns!

When I spoke to their call centre I had a very strong feeling that they were an outsourced operation as they had very little knowledge, systems access or ability to deal with issues (Eg couldnt give a refund for P&P when my item took 4 days to deliver on a next day delivery). Given the company is based in France as well it wouldnt surprise me.All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
