Megabus refund advice
I booked 2 return tickets with megabus from Newport to London Victoria.
It was supposed to leave at 6.00am and I was aware that we had to show up 10 minutes before hand, so on the safe side we were at the bus stop by 5.30am. We waited until 6.30am and the bus never showed, we then had to leave to get the train as the bus takes 3 hours and if we had waited any longer we would have missed the Eurostar to Paris. Being forced to get the train cost me an extra £180.
There was nothing else we could have done as the Eurostar had cost me £200, and the holiday a further £500 and was all non refundable so we had to go.
Is there anything I can do to get a refund from megabus?
I am sure that they at least owe me the refund of the £20 I paid for the outward bus tickets, but that really doesn't seem enough. Is there anyway I can claim back for the train fare?
I would really appreciate any advice.

Where were you waiting in Newport? The stop has changed
You should be able to get the bus fare back but there is no hope for the train fare.
Did you have insurance? It may cover failure of public transport.0
