The pilot light on the boiler has gone out so obviously the heating isn't working. We are clueless and have no idea how to re light the pilot light, any suggestions?
Obviously failing this we will call a plumber first thing in the morning.
Thanks for any help

A plumber is not necessarily a central heating engineer, you need an RGI if you can't relight it yourself.
What does the manual say?No free lunch, and no free laptop

We can't find the manual  so we are in the process of trying to search online.
I will definately make sure I find a number for a registered central heating enginers, thanks for that.0 -

Solo3 doesn't have a pilot light that you can light.
The electronics lights the pilot about 1 second before the main burner comes on.
You need an engineer in, as there are several things that could be causing this and tests will have to be done first.0
