Hi, we have recently bought a bed and matress. We have complained to the company about the matress and they have agreed for us to visit the store for a replacement for the value we paid. Simple....no.
The store had itemised the bill showing the matress at £289.00 but the manager in the store had added the total bill up incorrectly. The customer services team are only allowing us £180.00 because the receipt was added up wrong. Can I stick by my guns and demand that they give me the full amount of £289.00?

If you only paid £180 for the matress then thats all you are going to get back. A mistake on the receipt is not going to change that.0

Not enough info is given here.
How much IS the mattress. Not how much you paid, not how much the receipt is. If I went there now to buy one, what would it cost me?One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0
